Rental Policies (Summary)

The most important points from our rental agreement.

  • Driver Requirements: Drivers must be at least 23 years old with a valid driver’s license. Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
  • Vehicle Use: Vehicles may only be used on Curaçao. No racing, off-road driving, or misuse. Smoking is not allowed.
  • Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Missing fuel will be charged.
  • Vehicle Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the vehicle, keys, documents, and any damage or loss during the rental period.
  • Payments & Deposit: A security deposit is required at pickup and refunded after return if no additional charges apply.
  • Late Returns: Late returns may result in additional charges or extension fees.
  • Accidents: In case of an accident, the renter must immediately contact CRS (9233) and Victory Car Rental. Third-party insurance is included as required by law.
  • Traffic Fines: All traffic violations, parking tickets, and fines are the responsibility of the renter.
